Hard work — focus, sweat, grind. No fluff, no junk volume, no magic shortcuts. I'll push you, because that's what moves the needle on muscle and fat after 40. But I push intelligently: fifteen years under the bar, a martial-arts background, and gyms in ten-plus countries taught me how to take someone to their limit without breaking them.

I don't take hundreds of clients, and I don't take everyone. I take a few serious people and go deep — real relationship, constant adjustments, someone who actually pays attention. If you're ready to do the work, I'll make sure it pays off.

About

Lifting since my teens. Still going.

I was born in Eastern Europe and started lifting at fourteen, coming up through martial arts before strength became the constant. I've lived in the UK, the US, Colombia and Mexico, and trained in gyms across ten-plus countries. I've hired my own coaches in Colombia and Brazil because I never stop learning this craft. At fifty-three, I'm in the best shape of my life — and I'd like to help you do the same.

No. Muscle and strength respond at every age — the approach just has to be smart. I work with this every day.

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

No. I've trained in everything from elite gyms to a hotel room. We build around what you have.

I travel / have a crazy schedule. Does this work?

That's exactly who I built this for. I've trained in 10+ countries. The plan flexes to your life.

Are we doing video calls? I'm not big on camera.

Coaching runs through messaging, your written check-ins, and short clips of your lifts. No performing for a camera required.
